Covid Stress and Some Remedies

Are you experiencing feelings of being unbalanced, uncertain, fearful and distressed?
Covid has left many of us quite disoriented and a feeling of being in limbo which may affect our ability to accept change and make decisions.
This is where practicing meditation and deep breathing may help.  Walking in a pleasant environment or finding a sacred space for quiet reflection outside, under a tree, listening to the birds or a water feature in or outside of your home may be relaxing.
